ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY - PART TIME

PART TIME SALES ASSISTANT
The Portland Radio Group, a positive and fun working environment, is looking for a part-time sales assistant. This is an entry level position for someone who is well-organized, resourceful, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities, a mix of creative and administrative, will change daily. It will be helpful for you to have strong internet skills and to be experienced with Word, Excel, and Photoshop. NETWORK ENGINEERING AND SUPPORT INTERN
This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about IT networks in a professional setting. The internship will work Directly with the Portland Radio Group IT Director. There will be troubleshooting and hands-on experience in several areas.
Interns may be involved in the following:
· Equipment inventory.
· Desktop configuration.
· network upgrades on a continuing basis.
· Configure, install, and test network equipment.
· Prepare network documentation including use of Microsoft Visio.
· Assist in the maintenance of network services at Remote sites.
· Assist with necessary Server Install and maintenance. setup computers for staff.
· Knowledge of windows server, exchange, SQL, WSUS and Wan topologies a plus
· Other assorted tasks as required.

PORTLAND RADIO GROUP INTERNSHIPS

The Marketing and Promotions department of the Portland Radio Group currently has openings for interns. Interns work flexible schedules, ranging from 4 to 40 hours each week. Most hours are worked between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, but occasional evening and weekend shifts are required. Interns are responsible for assisting in event preparation, writing of promotional scripts, website maintenance, and other duties as assigned. There are opportunities for the work of the intern to be tailored to his or her interests. Interns must be comfortable on the phone, with the public, and with computers.
